WhaleWatch is a mobile application that monitors and displays publicly available prediction market data from third-party platforms including Kalshi and Polymarket. The App tracks large trades ("whale activity") and delivers alerts based on your configured preferences.
We do not operate, endorse, or have any affiliation with Kalshi, Polymarket, or any other prediction market platform referenced in the App.
WhaleWatch is for informational purposes only. Nothing in this App constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice of any kind. Large trades shown in the App may reflect speculation, hedging, arbitrage, or error — not informed predictions or inside knowledge.

The App requires you to sign in with a Google or Apple account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 18 years old to use this App.
Access to certain features of the App requires a paid subscription, processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are governed by the respective app store's terms. We do not directly process payments or store payment information.
Refunds are subject to the refund policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as applicable.

All content, design, code, and branding within the App are the property of WhaleWatch and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without explicit written permission. Prediction market data displayed in the App is sourced from third-party platforms and remains the property of those platforms.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed in the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhaleWatch and its developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Service. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted at this URL. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
